 What could be better than Michigan investors buying and renovating homes and buildings in the city of Detroit? Well, an LA Rocker that decides to plant his feet in a beautiful rehab mansion located in the city. Ok, so it may not be bigger news than a billionaire buying buildings. You get the point though. One of my favorite rock guitarists Wes Borland of Limp Bizkit has made such a move. I first learned about the news from a Detroit Free Press article early Sunday morning.
What great news! Why you ask? Because this puts a spotlight on what is going on in the city of Detroit. Positive things involving real estate and new beginnings.
