Below are the three things: 1. Swap out the front porch railings. Changing out your front porch railings to a more modern look can really boost your appeal. Swapping out wood for metal railings is preferred. 2. Paint the front door A little paint can go a long way. Painting your front door can provide a more welcome feel to visitors, potential buyers and people walking by. 3. Add or update your outside lighting. Outdated lighting or lighting that is dim and ugly can really put a damper on your curb appeal. Update your existing lighting and make sure you have the maximum wattage of bulbs available. These are the top three things you can do to boost your curb appeal.
