Is Your FSBO sign lacking professionalism?

Have you seen a For Sale By Owner sign like the one in my picture? Do you find the signs hard to read? Many For Sale By Owner signs do not communicate the address and phone number to the prospective buyer. And most don't even point you to the house once you are on the street. This should not be so!

If you are selling a home by owner, make sure that your sign is easy to read with BIG FONT. Use a heavy black marker and make it stand out. Make sure it can be read from a distance. Because when your potential buyer is driving by and sees your sign, you want that sign to give them the information they need to locate your home.  

I had a conversation with someone about there sign and thought it was weird that I had a hard time finding their home. Then I asked them, how many people have viewed the home? The response was NONE! If you choose to sell a home on your own, please make sure you cover all the basics.
