Water Damage
not only does water damage look horrible in a house but it also is evidence that major repair will be needed. Water damage also indicates that past issues have occurred.

Mold
Mold could quite possibly be one of the scariest items to find in a house during inspections. Besides the fact that mold is often dangerous if it's the dangerous kind, it also comes with a stigma and could put home buyers in a stressful situation.

While there are many other items that can come up during an inspection these are the most common and often the most expensive. When hiring a home inspector make sure that they are licensed and experienced.
